The UAE has launched a package for people going to Hajj in Saudi Arabia. This package is meant to help people stay in touch with their family and friends during the pilgrimage.
The UAE made this package with the General Authority of Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat. It is available to people who are going to Hajj, and their names are on the list approved by Awqaf.
The Exclusive Hajj Package 2026 from the UAE includes a lot of data and call minutes. People get 50GB of data to use while they are in Saudi Arabia. They also get 1,000 minutes to make calls to Saudi Arabia and the UAE. They get 50 minutes to call other countries.
This package costs Dh200. It is valid for 15 days. This is long enough to cover the time when people travel for Hajj.
To get this package, people can dial #100*101#. Send a message that says “Hajj” to 1010. They have to do this before June 8 2026.
The UAE is doing this as part of its Year of the Family 2026 programme. They want to make sure people have digital services when they travel for important religious events like Hajj.
