UAE Unveils Major Plan to Ease Dubai–Sharjah–Ajman Traffic

Dubai and Sharjah are going to see a change in the way people travel. The government has a plan to make it easier for people to get around between Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

The plan is to have ten public transport routes that will be connected by Bus Rapid Transit systems and special lanes just for buses. These routes will go to the city centres and metro stations making it faster and more reliable for people to travel. This will also help people use their cars less.

The Bus Rapid Transit system will be like the metro. It will be more flexible and cheaper. This will help reduce the traffic on the roads that’re always busy. The plan also wants to make it easier for people to travel between Ajman and other main transport routes.

A big part of the plan is a highway that will be around 68 kilometres long. This new road will have six to eight lanes in each direction. It will have ten big intersections and four flyovers. The road will cost around Dh6 billion to build.

When the highway is finished it will connect to big highways like E11, E311 and E611. This will make it easier for people and goods to move around the emirates.

The government is also looking at ways to deal with the fact that there are many cars on the road especially in Dubai.

The main goal of the plan is to make it easier for people to get around reduce traffic and make the air cleaner. This will make life better, for people who live in the UAE. Dubai and Sharjah will be places to live because of this new transport plan. The plan will help Dubai and Sharjah have an integrated and sustainable way of moving people around.
