UAE weather: Rain forecast for Monday after 110 cloud-seeding operations in 2026

The United Arab Emirates has done one hundred and ten cloud seeding missions far in the year two thousand and twenty six. This is part of their plan to get rain. The National Centre of Meteorology says it will rain in some parts of the country from Monday.

The National Centre of Meteorology does cloud seeding all year round when the weather is right. This is part of the United Arab Emirates’ plan to make sure they have enough water. They want to use technology to change the weather and do a lot of scientific research.

The people who study the weather say that big clouds will form over the southern parts of the United Arab Emirates on Monday and Tuesday. This means it might rain. A low-pressure system from the east and a big trough in the sky are making these clouds form.

Cloud seeding does not make clouds. It just helps to get rain from the clouds that are already there. Special planes put salt particles into the clouds. This makes the water drops in the clouds bigger so they fall as rain.

The National Centre of Meteorology says the weather is different in seasons. In the winter, there are clouds all over the United Arab Emirates. In the summer, the sun and the mountains make clouds form over the southern parts. This is when they can try to get rain.

It will be sunny or partly cloudy over the United Arab Emirates. There might be clouds in the southern parts in the afternoon. The wind will be coming from the south east. Then from the north west. It might be a bit strong.

The sea will be calm in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman. The authorities are telling people to check the weather forecast. This is especially important for people who are going outside or travelling. They do not want people to get caught in the rain.
