Trump, PM Modi Set to Hold Bilateral Talks at G7 Summit on June 17

Washington: US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet on June 17 during the G7 Summit in France. The White House said this meeting will happen during the week when world leaders gather.

The meeting will cover issues like economic growth, investment partnerships and global security challenges. They will also talk about supply chain resilience, critical minerals and artificial intelligence. According to US officials, Trump will discuss key issues with G7 leaders and partner nations. These issues include cooperation, emerging technologies and geopolitical stability.

First Meeting Since Operation Sindoor

This meeting will be the formal talk between Trump and Modi after India’s Operation Sindoor last year. The White House did not share details, but analysts think they will discuss trade, technology cooperation, Indo-Pacific security and strategic economic partnerships.
