Dubai Launches Mobile Vehicle Inspection Service From Dh370

New ‘Aber’ initiative brings official vehicle testing directly to homes, businesses and fleet operators.

Dubai: The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority has started a mobile vehicle inspection service called Aber. This service lets people and businesses get their vehicles inspected without going to a testing centre.

The idea is to make it easier for people to get their vehicles tested by sending inspectors to their homes, workplaces or wherever they want. This is part of Dubai’s plan to make things more convenient for people, reduce travel time and make it easier to get government services.

To use this service, people can make an appointment on the Aber website. Call the special phone number. When the appointment is confirmed, a mobile inspection unit with all the equipment will go to the chosen location. Then certified inspectors will check the vehicle. This service does a lot of things, like checking vehicles for registration renewal, export inspections and making sure the vehicle information is correct. The results of the inspection are put into the computer system. It is easy to get a license or register a vehicle.

Aber is for people who own their vehicles and for businesses with many vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment. People need to show their Emirates ID and vehicle papers, and businesses need to show their business license. Sometimes more papers are needed, depending on the type of vehicle. What is being done.

The cost of the mobile inspection service starts at Dh370. The final cost depends on where the vehicle’s what other services are needed. This service is available everywhere in the UAE, so it is easy for people and businesses to get their vehicles checked.

Aber also checks machinery and industrial equipment on site. For businesses with vehicles, this service starts at Dh190. They also give certificates for food transport vehicles that meet Dubai Municipality standards, starting at Dh225.

Businesses can get packages for managing and inspecting their vehicles. This helps them take care of their vehicles and follow the rules easily. Dubai is trying to use technology to make things better for people and businesses. The launch of Aber is part of this plan, which aims to make things easier and more convenient while keeping people safe and following the rules.
