Dubai Police 901 Centre Responds to Nearly 300,000 Public Queries in Q1

Dubai Police got more than 294,000 calls, emails and live chat conversations during the first part of 2026. This shows that the Dubai Police is still focused on giving people efficient help when they are not in an emergency situation across Dubai.

The 901 Contact Centre at Dubai Police had a total of 294,134 conversations with people during the three months of the year. This included 194,510 phone calls, 48,390 emails and 6,237 live chat conversations through digital communication platforms like the Dubai Police app.

Abdullah Ibrahim, who is the Director of the Customer Happiness Centre at Dubai Police, said that the centre is very important for making people happy and safe in Dubai. He said that the centre uses technologies and multilingual communication systems to answer people’s questions and help them quickly. Dubai Police is doing this to make sure people are happy and safe in Dubai.

The 901 Contact Centre has three systems that work together to make things more efficient and make people happier. The first system is for handling phone calls, complaints, suggestions and questions from people. The second system is for helping people with things they need to do, like getting certificates or reporting crimes. The third system is for answering emails, messages on media live chat conversations and other written questions from people.

Dubai Police said that the centre is open all the time to help people who live in Dubai and visitors. The people who work at the centre are very good at their jobs. Help make people happy and safe in Dubai. Dubai Police is very happy with the work that the contact centre teams are doing.

The 901 Contact Centre helps people with things like traffic problems, criminal reports, getting certificates and community support services. Dubai Police wants to make sure that people can get help whenever they need it and that they can talk to the police easily using technology. Dubai Police is working hard to make sure that people are safe and happy in Dubai.
