Iran’s grip on Strait of Hormuz alarms Gulf states despite ceasefire

Iran is still in control of the Strait of Hormuz. This is causing a lot of worry for the Gulf states, even though there is a ceasefire.

The Gulf states are getting more and more concerned because the ceasefire between the United States and Iran is not very clear. This is causing problems with the flow of oil and the stability of the region.

Within hours of Donald Trump saying that he would stop fighting for two weeks, the United States, Iran and Israel were saying things about the agreement.

The United States said that everything was okay. Iran said that Israel was still attacking them in Lebanon, and that was not okay.

This shows that there are some problems with the ceasefire. The Strait of Hormuz is an important passage for oil. Even though people said that it would be open again, not many ships are going through it.

Usually, more than 100 ships go through every day, but now it is just a few. Iran is still in control of the Strait of Hormuz. This means that they have a lot of power over the oil market.

Ships have to ask Iran if they can go through. This gives Iran a lot of control. The Gulf nations are getting worried that the ceasefire will actually make Iran stronger.

They want to make sure that they can always use the Strait of Hormuz and that Iran will not be able to stop them. The problem is also about trust.

Experts say that the different countries have ideas about what the ceasefire means, especially when it comes to places like Lebanon. This could cause problems instead of solving them. The next few days will be very important.

The ceasefire has stopped the fighting for now. The Strait of Hormuz is still not back to normal. This means that the bigger problem is still not solved. Iran and the Strait of Hormuz are still the issues. The situation with Iran and the Strait of Hormuz is very serious. Iran is still controlling the Strait of Hormuz. This is causing a lot of problems.
