UAE braces for rising temperatures before rain, strong winds sweep in

The United Arab Emirates: It is going to get hotter in the United Arab Emirates this weekend. The weather will be nice for a while before it changes and brings rain and strong winds. This is what the National Centre of Meteorology said.

On Saturday the United Arab Emirates will have fair to cloudy skies. It will be warm during the day with temperatures between 24°C and 28°C near the coast. Inland it will be even warmer with temperatures between 27°C and 32°C. The mountain regions will be a cooler.

The winds in the United Arab Emirates will be light to moderate. They will blow at speeds of 10 to 20 km/h. Sometimes up to 30 km/h. The sea will be calm in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.

Things will change from Sunday. There will be clouds and a chance of light rain over the islands and parts of the coast and northern regions of the United Arab Emirates. The winds will get stronger at sea and may blow up to 40 km/h. The waves may get rough by night.

This pattern will continue into Monday. The United Arab Emirates will have partly cloudy to skies and it may rain in some areas. It might get a cooler. The fresh northwesterly winds in the United Arab Emirates could blow dust. Sand around making it hard to see. The winds may blow up to 45 km/h. The sea will be rough.

By Tuesday the weather in the United Arab Emirates may get nice again with fair to cloudy skies.. The strong winds could still be around blowing dust in open areas. There may be clouds and rain by Wednesday.

The people in charge are telling residents of the United Arab Emirates to stay updated with the weather and be careful especially when it is dusty and, at sea.
