Kuwait: Drone Strike Triggers Major Fire at Kuwait International Airport, No Casualties Reported

A big fire started at Kuwait International Airport on Wednesday morning after a drone attack hit the fuel storage facilities. The people in charge said this happened because of rising tensions in the area.

The drones went after the fuel tanks that the Kuwait Aviation Fuel Company uses. This made a fire that needed to be put out right away. The firefighters were sent to the scene quickly to stop the fire and make sure everyone was safe.

The Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority said the attack damaged a lot of things but luckily nobody got hurt.

The person who talks to the media Abdullah Al Rajhi said this was an attack. He thinks Iran and the groups that Iran supports did this. This makes things more tense in the Gulf region, where people’re already worried about safety.

The emergency teams worked hard to put out the fire. At the time the people in charge checked to see how bad the damage was to the important parts of the airport. They are watching everything closely to make flights and other things are not disrupted too much.

This happened when there were already a lot of problems with drones and other things in the area. It shows how dangerous it is for places like where energy and transport facilities are.

The people in charge are still looking into what happened. They will give updates when they know more about the attack and how bad it was. Kuwait International Airport and the Kuwait Aviation Fuel Company are still dealing with the aftermath of the drone strike. The drone strike caused a fire, at Kuwait International Airport.
