Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has announced that the prize money won by the F3 and NAS teams at the Dubai Games 2026 will be donated to charity, further highlighting Dubai’s dedication to social responsibility through sport.
As the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan made the directive following the conclusion of the seventh edition of the Dubai Games, held from February 12 to 15 at Dubai Festival City.
The F3 team took top honors, while the NAS team finished second in the “Battle of the Community” category—one of the event’s key competitions. Instead of claiming their prize winnings, both teams will now see their awards channeled into charitable projects aimed at making a positive difference within the community.
This decision reflects Sheikh Hamdan’s vision to strengthen the social dimension of sports by championing shared responsibility and community involvement.
