Emaar Unveils Dh200 Billion Mega Masterplan for 150,000 Residents in Dubai

Dubai: Emaar Properties is getting ready to launch a big project that will cost Dh200 billion and have room for almost 150,000 people. This will be one of the projects Emaar Properties has ever done.

The new area will be huge covering than 4.5 million square metres. It will have everything people need to live, work and have fun all in one place. This will be like a city inside a city.

A New Urban Destination

Emaar Properties has not said what the project will be called or where it will be but they say it will have:

  • Residential towers with great views of Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah
  • Luxury. Big houses in a private area
  • Office areas and business centers
  • Hotels, stores and entertainment places
  • Schools, hospitals and mosques
  • Places for art and community activities

The plan is to make a place where people can walk or take a trip to get what they need every day.

Some of the things that will be included are:

  • Future metro connectivity
  • ways to move around
  • Roads that are good for electric cars
  • Paths for bikes and jogging
  • Services that people can use with an app
  • Streets that are nice for walking

Green Spaces and Lifestyle Amenities

The people making this project want to make sure there are lots of open spaces and ways for people to be healthy.

People who live there can expect to have:

  • parks in the middle of the area
  • Lakes and lagoons for the community
  • Pretty gardens
  • Paths with shade
  • Places to play sports
  • Fun areas for kids
  • Places to work out and be healthy outside

Five Districts

The big project will be divided into five different areas:

  • Business Hub
  • Urban District
  • Young Families Cluster
  • Family Living Zone
  • Exclusive Villa Enclave

Mohamed Alabbar says this project is the best dream for Emaar Properties so far.

He says it has architecture, good planning, lots of green spaces and modern ideas for living, which shows that Emaar Properties believes in Dubai’s future as a great city. The project will be shown to the public soon. People who know about the industry think it is one of the biggest private real estate projects in Dubai’s recent history.
