Temples, churches and gurudwaras reopen in Dubai with strict guidelines

The Community Development Authority made some rules to help keep everyone safe. They want to make sure all the religious institutions are following these rules so that people can worship safely.

The Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar is one of the places that has visiting hours. It is open every day from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. You have to get by 5:30 pm to get in. The people who run the gurudwara want everyone to know that safety is very important. They are asking visitors to follow all the rules when they come.

The Shri Krishna Temple is also open again. They are having darshan services. This is a deal for the Hindu community because it means things are getting back to normal. The temple is open because it got approval.

The St Mary’s Catholic Church is open too. Only a little bit. They are having some services inside. Only if people follow the safety rules. You can only go into areas inside the church. You cannot gather outside.

The church is trying to control how many people come in. They made a system where you have to sign up if you want to go to Mass on the weekend. Only adults can come in. You have to have a confirmed spot. If you do not have a spot you can watch online instead.

All the places of worship are asking people to check the schedule before they come. They want people to follow the safety rules and work with the staff.
